Our land development staff provides professional land surveying services to architects, engineers and planners to assist in their site designs. We are just as comfortable being a part of the team as we are taking the lead on a subdivision design. Our staff is very familiar with the federal, state, and local government requirements for subdivision design including riparian, wetland, and floodplain regulations. We have a certified floodplain surveyor on staff to assist in any floodplain requirements such as LOMAs, LOMR-Fs, or elevation certificates.

CDK Geomatics’ services can include the boundary, topographic (full site, obscured areas, or strip), as-built, hydrographic, photogrammetric control, easement surveys and much more.  We work closely with all of the members of the team to make sure the integration of our product is smooth. We are accustomed to working with the owner’s legal counsel and assist them with all of the survey legal issues that affect the project site.
